Im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung suchen wir ab spätestens Januar 2018 einen Interim Head of Global HR-Systems & Reporting. Die Aufgaben und das Anforderungsprofil finden Sie nachfolgend. Global HR IT System -Lead as the global HR IT functional owner the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Group HR system and the HR system in Germany - Accountable for rolling out the future global HR system – a SuccessFactors solution – and managing the respective project (roll out of Performance & Succession, Reward, Data & Analytics Recruiting, Learning modules) - Managing the respective system in BAU with regards to the rolled-out modules - Accountable for the definition and the ongoing HR IT governance process necessary to ensure data accuracy and on-going operational excellence across the HR IT and related processes - Creating the strategy for the client to have technology-enabled solutions that are efficient, effective and leverage data to inform business decisions - Responsible for collaboration with HR Leadership Team and Group IT resources on the development of the Group HR IT Strategy and lead the execution of the roadmap necessary to deliver on the strategy - Partner with the HR colleagues and lead the on-going process to enhance our HR data strategy to build on our People Analytics capabilities to support our business strategy HR MI & Analytics - Lead the team responsible for preparation and delivery of complex HR analytics in order to provide consistent and reliable workforce information, both within client's organization and external trends - Responsible for preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual headcount reports - Accountable for the management of headcount and people reporting and analysis (Annual Report, DJSI, CSR, etc.) - Accountable for owning client's data dictionary - Responsible for defining critical data requirements, metrics and reporting frequencies needed to enable HR to effectively analyze trends, predict future trends and to use these trends to make decisions and take action in support of Business and HR Strategies - Directly supports the Group HR Director to work collaboratively with internal/external Audit with regards to enquiries HR Systems & Data Expertise - Responsible for providing support to local HR IT/MI Teams to guide decisions - Responsible for building and maintaining a community of practice around HR-Systems & Reporting to share knowledge and best practices Team Management - Lead a team of direct reports providing Data Analytics and HR systems support - Team leadership and management (overall 15 FTE), ensuring that they have clear direction, prioritisation of workloads and personal development plans - Lead and motivate a virtual team of programme managers and SMEs Anforderungsprofil  - 10+ years of experience in the HR environment - Scientific degree or have equivalent work experience and intellectual credentials - Ability to influence at all levels of organisation and experience driving and implementing company-wide changes - Strong relationship and partnership building skills, also in the field of co-determination - Ability to manage, grow, and develop individual contributors and leading and managing teams - Proven record and knowledge of HR practices in the market as well as legislative and regulatory changes and experience implementing technology solutions to support compliance requirements - Strong knowledge of HR systems – preferable SAP and Cloud Solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors) - Experience with Reward, Learning, Recruiting and Data & Analytics modules are an advantage - Strong process and project management skills - Excellent analytical skills - Highly structured and organised to deal with multiple projects and deadlines - Proven ability of standing pressure and focusing on achieving solution-oriented outcomes - Proactive approach to work and a highly motived team player - Ability to lead global projects end to end with multiple stakeholders - Previous experience with the implementation of HR IT and data migrations - Previous experience working directly with business leaders with the ability to influence change - Experience of working in a complex, multi geography, multi-cultural environment - Fluent in business English and German.
